TOP 10: Hot summer venues

This place is one of the reasons we love Praga so much! Praska can pride itself on a fantastic interior. During summer it has flourished along with its garden at the Różyckiego marketplace. It is difficult to describe the atmosphere of this place. You just have to feel it for yourself. Meatless cuisine, social media in a form of collages on the walls, music played from vinyl records, many plants. But most of all people. Remember about Praska also in autumn and winter.

This is what Żoliborz has been waiting for. It is the first restaurant in this area with such a fantastic terrace. We are fond of its minimalistic interior design and vegan cuisine by Maria Przybyszewska. We were regularly visiting Havana this summer. It is nice to immerse yourself in this decadent atmosphere of intellectual Żoliborz.

Paloma has a perfect location. You will enjoy sitting in an outside garden just by the Vistula river. Additionally, you can always visit the Museum and see its excellent exhibitions. Paloma was set up by the same team who runs Pacyfik so there is no option for any culinary failures.

Maybe it is not the most breathtaking interior design that one could dream of but a team from Pogłos and excellent concerts definitely build up the atmosphere here. Piesapolex was also a great success.

A square in front of Teatr Nowy is the most characteristic backyard in Mokotów (maybe apart from the one from VegeMałpa). That is why theoretically Letnia bar was destined for success. Additional points for decorations and nice atmosphere.

Founders of this venue could solely focus on club events. However, they managed to create a space where one could spend time also during the day. Kids had fun here, and adults could enjoy mini version of Night Market. We hope that noise did not ruin the peace of Saska Kępa.

We will never get bored with this place. It just keeps getting better and better. Concerts at Ladomek and Open Workshop Jazdów, a common garden at Motyka i Słońce, Laba festival, eco-activities of the Krzak Community. And most of all, the houses are open, you can work here, rest and engage in the creation of the cultural programme.

The fact that Prochownia in its present form was at risk of closure made us appreciate it even more. Such places should be found in every park.

They are real masters of hospitality and friendly atmosphere, who year by year prove they are worth this title. Crowds during disco parties, delicious Sunday breakfasts in the surrounding of greenery arranged by the Grąbczewskis and elegant suppers during the Midsummer Night Dream. BarStudio offers free entrance to almost every event. We appreciate it.

This outdoor garden is still hard to beat. Exceptional building with a view, fine beer and delicious pizza – what else one can dream of? Let’s enjoy as long as the weather permits.
