Food and flea markets – traditional, local and modern. We love spending time there. Here are the most worth visiting places.
1. HALA MIROWSKA
A wide range of fruits and vegetables and what is more in the centre of the city. However, you can get here other products as well. Open all week apart from Sundays. The best time for shopping at Hala is Saturday. You can buy young plants of herbs and vegetables and outside the main entrance there are stands with flowers which operate till late night hours. Next to Hala Mirowska there is Hala Gwardii.
Mirowski Square 1
2. FORTECA KRĘGLICCY – MARKET
It is a paradise for good food enthusiasts. Every Wednesday you can find here the best producers from Poland for example: Pan Ziółko, Pan Sandacz and lots of more. There is cheese, vegetables, bread, honey.
Zakroczymska St 12; Wednesday from an early morning till 4 PM, www.kregliccy.pl
3. BAZAR IN FALENICA
The best time for shopping here is Saturday. The market is located in the vicinity of the Falenica bus station. You can get here by bus line 512 from a centre (still zone 1). It is a standard market, similar to the one at Hala Mirowska. There are vegetables and fruits, cold cuts, fish, clothes and other stuff from your houses. There can get here a lot of young plants for your balcony or garden.
This, on the other hand, is a paradise for collectors. There is no such thing you could not buy at Olimpia. You can find here beautiful glass or porcelain, toys, books, records. You name it. We love spending our Sunday mornings this way.

Such market should be in every district. This one is dedicated to the ones who live in Mokotów.

6. HALA GWARDII

7. FLEA MARKET AT KOŁO
A flea market with history. It is more expensive than Olimpia, however it is visited by the enthusiasts of antiques and retro design quite regularly. You can get here real treasures at reasonable prices especially at the stands located around the market. Of course, if you can haggle.

8. BREAKFAST MARKET
Located in the different districts of the city, a perfect option for spending some time outside. You can buy here products for breakfast and meet with your friends for a lazy breakfast as well.
9. OLKUSKA MARKET
And here comes Mokotów once again. An excellent choice of treats from various corners of the world with good Polish food as well. We recommend.
